  3. Framing & Sheathing: Creating the structure using precision-cut lumber, ensuring plumb, level, and square walls, and installing exterior sheathing and weather barriers.
  4. Mechanical Rough-In: Strategic installation of high-efficiency HVAC, comprehensive plumbing lines, and advanced electrical wiring, including smart home infrastructure planning.
  5. Insulation & Drywall: Utilizing advanced insulation methods (e.g., spray foam) to achieve superior energy efficiency, followed by Level 5 drywall finishing for museum-quality walls.
